Christmas markets in the Canton of Appenzell

Appenzell consists of two small cantons, Appenzell Ausserrhoden and Appenzell Innerrhoden. Appenzell is located in northeastern Switzerland, has a mountainous terrain and is completely surrounded by the canton of St. Gallen. The two cantons of Appenzell are German-speaking cantons.
