KITZBÜHEL CHRISTMAS MARKET

1) Kitzbühel Christmas Market (Kitzbüheler Christkindlmarkt). The market is held in the historic center of Kitzbühel and displays classic Tyrolean handicrafts and gastronomy, as well as typical Christmas decorations and objects. The town is also enlivened by attractions for children such as pony rides, carousels, fairy tales, and the ever-present Advent calendar. Another attraction not to be missed is the ascent to Mount Hahnenkamm (1,712 metres) where, in the restaurant on the summit, Tyrolean culinary specialities, Christmas music and carols, poems and mulled wine will welcome you.

Kitzbühel Christmas also has pleasant attractions expressly dedicated to children, such as the zoo, ponies, Christmas stories, and craft workshops where children can use paint or prepare baked bread. Children will also be able to write and post their own letters to the Child Jesus. Finally, during Advent in Kitzbühel, there are numerous events with musical groups, choirs and singers from the region.
