The city of Paris welcomes – during Christmas – tourists and visitors superbly with thousands of lights and ornaments, more than 125 squares and streets are lit up and decorated with streamers, garlands, lights of all kinds, Christmas trees and multi-colored Christmas balls. Among the most beautiful lighting there are those of the Champs Elysees, Montmartre, Boulevard Saint-Germain, rue de Richelieu, Place Vendome, Forum des Halles and Eiffel Tower.
Among the many Christmas markets in Paris, definitely not to be missed are: the Christmas Market at La Défense, the ultra-modern center of the capital, then to visit are the markets housed in the old heart of Paris such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés or Place Saint-Sulpice, and of course those that take place along the Champs-Elysées and close to the Eiffel Tower (Trocadero). Do not miss to visit the famous Parisian department stores like Galeries Lafayette, Printemps Haussmann, Le Bon Marché and BHV, which organized during the Christmas special windows.

Christmas Market at La Défense (Le Village de Noël sur le Parvis de La Défense). This Christmas market, the largest in the Paris region with over 350 wooden chalets, offering a large variety of Christmas crafts and cuisine of the French regions. The market of la Défense is one of the most beautiful of the French capital, especially in the evening when the surrounding buildings are illuminated, creating a unique setting.
Opening Hours: open from Monday to Thursday from 11h to 20h, Friday from 11h to 22h, Saturday from 10h to 22h and Sunday from 11h to 20h.

Village de Noël du Champs de Mars. An ice rink of 300 m2 and a Christmas market which consists of more than 100 wooden chalets located just in front of the Eiffel Tower.
Christmas Market in Notre-Dame (Marché de Noël Paris Notre Dame, Paris 5e). Christmas market devoted to the arts and crafts next to the cathedral of Notre Dame (Quai Montebello, Square Viviani). The market is located in a beautiful setting and is made up of 28 exhibitors.
Opening Hours: open every day from 10.00 to 20.00. On Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 to 21.00.

Christmas market on the Boulevard Saint-Germain (Marché de Noël du Boulevard Saint-Germain). Christmas market with 40 chalets on the Boulevard Saint Germain. In this Christmas market you can explore many flavors and aromas and discover quality craftsmanship.

Marché de Noël Forum des Halles.Christmas market Forum des Halles. 3rd shopping center in France, 75 000m² of commercial space … are the vertiginous figures of the Forum des Halles de Paris. Christmas market with 40 chalets.

Village de Noël “Artisanat du Monde” Avenue du général Leclerc. From the 14th arrondissement of Paris. The Christmas Village Artisanal 14 is devoted to the Crafts of the World, from December 6 to 15, 2019 Avenue General Leclerc, in front of the church St Pierre in Paris 14th. 10:00 to 20:00 Crafts and gastronomy of the regions of the world: Scandinavia, Eastern countries, Africa, Asia, North America and South America. Invalides Christmas Market (Marché de Noël aux Invalides). « Noël aux Invalides », the Musée de l’Armée opens its doors for 2 weeks to exhibitors who prefer French quality products. Installed at the foot of the Dôme, the 40 chalets of Christmas and the illuminations will make you feel the magic of the holidays of end of the year! The Invalides Christmas Market wishes to promote the know-how of our best craftsmen and the quality of French and European products.

Christmas Market des Fééries d’Auteuil (Marché de Noël des Fééries d’Auteuil, Paris 16e). Market organized by the Fondation d’Auteuil in 40 rue Jean de La Fontaine – 75016 Paris. Christmas Market which is a combination of creativity and tradition. The visitor will find foie gras, cheeses and wines, as well as jewelry, paintings. There will also be an exhibition of cribs made by young apprentice at Auteuil. Entertainment for children and adults, concerts by choirs of children and adults, historic carousel, music bands.

Christmas market at Place des Abbesses, Paris 18e. Christmas Market with about twenty wooden chalets organized by the association of traders Lepic-Abbesses. Children are at the center of the animations of this Christmas market, there will indeed be special shows dedicated to them.
