Seefeld Christmas Market

Seefeld is a small but important tourist center in the Austrian Tyrol, the town of a few thousand inhabitants is located just 20 km north of Innsbruck and a few kilometers from the German border, located on a plateau 1180 meters above sea level and surrounded by beautiful mountains, it is a paradise for ski lovers.

The events that take place in the Seefeld region during the Advent period are collectively called the Romantischer Advent, the Romantic Advent, and the name says it all!

SEEFELD IN TIROL CHRISTMAS MARKET

1) The traditional Romantic Christmas Market (Seefelder Weihnachtsmarkt in der Fußgängerzone) usually takes place in Seefeld, which occupies the entire pedestrian area in the center of this small Tyrolean town. The market is known for the typical products of Tyrolean craftsmanship and gastronomy, and there are also traditional Christmas decorations. Finally, during Advent, numerous collateral events are organized such as traditional song and music shows or the mailbox of the Child Jesus.
