The Vancouver Christmas Market is sharing the traditions inspired by Germany’s renowned Christmas Markets. The market have a marvelous tall Christmas Tree with fairy lights which creates a unique Christmas atmosphere surrounded by dozens traditional wooden booths. The Vancouver Christmas Market is an outdoor market only.

The Vancouver Christmas market is an authentic German Christmas Market. The Christmas market creates the perfect atmosphere to mix and mingle with friends and family. Here you will find the traditional christmas food and beverage. There will be vendors from Europe, many come from countries where the tradition of Christmas markets began as Germany and Austria. In the Christmas market you will find authentic wood carvings and toys, nutcrackers, knitted goods, pottery and other unique gifts.

Build your own Herrnhut Star Ornament. Have fun with the gingerbread mascots Holly & Jolly. Visit the fun and educational ‘Christmas Traditions Scavenger Hunt’: At various stations around the market are presenting different Christmas traditions from Europe and beyond. There are also traditional European choirs and folk dance groups, gospel choirs and festive carol singers.
